PARKING
Please note when parking for AME Healthcare your parking fee will be covered under our business parking permit. This permit can be collected from our reception and must be displayed in your vehicle prior to the commencement of your appointment.
APPOINTMENTS FOR MINORS
If booking an appointment for a minor please use the patient’s details for the booking. Please note all minors must be accompanied by a guardian for the duration of their treatment.

PAYMENTS
Please note that we accept card and cash payments at the clinic. All appointments should be paid for on your visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my session last?
Initial consultations involve a full assessment and treatment. This session usually takes approximately one hour and follow up or return visits are 45 minutes in length.
Will I be treated during my initial consultation?
Absolutely! We want to get you back doing what you love pain free as soon as possible. Your consultation will start with a medical history and full body assessment. Throughout your treatment and program your therapist will continually re-assess you to ensure we are working on the root cause of your dysfunction.

Can I use my health insurance?
All of our therapists are fully licensed and registered professionals and benefits can be claimed with most major health insurers. However we always recommend checking your cover with your provider just to be sure.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
As per our cancellation policy, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we will be happy to do everything we can do accommodate you. If you cancel or amend your policy within 24 hours we will process a cancellation fee.
What should I bring to my appointment?
In order for our therapists to get the full picture of your health and develop the best treatment plan for you we ask that you bring along any scans, scan reports and the names and dose of any medications you are taking.
