Does my gift card expire?
Physical gift cards and digital gift cards are activated at the clinic when redeemed against an appointment.
From the time of purchase, all gift cards are valid for 5 years.
How do I redeem my gift card?
You can redeem your gift card in person at our clinic in Malahide.
Present your gift card in person when checking in for your appointment.
Appointments can be booked online here or by phone at +353894954365.
Gift cards can only be redeemed at our clinic and cannot be redeemed online when making a booking.
Do we sell physical gift cards?
Yes. When purchasing your gift card online, after your payment has been completed you will have the option to request a physical gift card.
All physical gift cards are available for collection from our clinic in Malahide.

Can I get my money back if I want to return my gift card?
There are no returns on gift cards purchased at the clinic or online.
Please note that to cancel your online gift card purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date of purchase. To cancel your gift card please contact us at +3534954365.
Can I get my money back if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Your gift card is like cash, so please treat it carefully. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced and we accept no liability for any remaining balance.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and AME Healthcare.
When these Terms mention “AME Healthcare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”, it refers to the AME Healthcare Ltd. If you use any of our services, we will refer to you using the terms “user”, “visitor”, “you”, “your”, “yours” in these Terms.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
In order to contract with us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or a SumUp account. AME Healthcare retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and reserves the right to close your AME Healthcare online account at our sole discretion. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18s.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
The prices on the Website for gift cards do not contain VAT as this is applied when the gift card is redeemed.
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard credit/debit cards, via the SUmUp payment method on our online store. Your credit/debit card payment will be made through a secure Website. All payments are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. Card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer fails to authorise the payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and may not be able to form a Contract with you or we will not be able to proceed with your order. AME Healthcare must receive full payment for the order at the time the order is processed and before the product is dispatched. A Dispatch Confirmation email will then be sent you.
The Website may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors or other errors and may not always be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the Website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
